Checking in Booking For Students

Checking In

You must inform us of your arrival date and flight information in order to monitor your arrival and properly ensure your checking in. Please remember that you must provide Booking for Students with said information at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. If this information is not received by Booking for Students  we cannot properly organize your arrival, or your airport shuttle service (if purchased).

Check-in

 

Check-in Times

Check-in hours are Monday – Friday from 10:00 AM to 18:30 PM. No check-in fees required. (Weekends & holidays excluded.)

Check-in outside business hours 

Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM and from 18:30 PM to 22:00 PM. Tenants needing to check-in within this time frame will be required to pay a surcharge of 35€ (+21% VAT) per person*(holidays excluded.)

Check-in during weekends & holidays

Saturday – Sunday & holidays from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM. Tenants needing to check-in within this time frame will be required to pay a surcharge of 50€ (+21% VAT) per person.*

 

Non Check-in Times 

There are no check-ins conducted between  22:00 PM and 8:30 AM Mondays – Fridays.

There are no check-ins conducted between 9:00 PM and 10.30:00 AM during the weekend and holidays.

 

 Airport Shuttle Conditions 

Tenants that have selected and paid for the airport shuttle service have 7 days before their arrival to provide Booking for Students  with their flight details. Tenants that experience flight delays, cancellations, delays in immigration or in baggage claim must contact Booking for Students  & the shuttle service company  as soon as possible. Drivers will wait a maximum of 60 minutes at the airport. If not notified of any delays/cancellations drivers will leave and tenants will forfeit their shuttle service.*

Tenants that do not wish to pay the off hours check-in fee, in order to move into their reserved booking, will have to wait until the established WEEKDAY check-in times are in effect. The tenant(s) must inform Booking for Students  7 days before their arrival if he or she will opt to purchase the off hours check-in service. 

*Noramlly it will take you 1.5 hours to get to the apartment from the airport. That’s the trick of how to calculate your arrival time from the airport. 

*Tenants whose flight lands in Spain during the weekend or holiday between 9:00AM and 19:00PM, must inform  Booking for Students 7 days before arriving if they opt to purchase the off hours 50€ (+21% VAT) check-in service. The 50€ (+21% VAT) check-in service fee must be paid either on the day of arrival or along with the first month rental payment.

* Tenants who’s flight lands  during the weekend or holiday between 9:00AM and 17:00PM, must inform Booking for Students  7 days before arriving if they opt to purchase the off hours 50€ (+21% VAT) check-in service. The 50€ (+21% VAT) check-in service fee must be paid either on the day of arrival or along with the first month rental payment.

*Check-in times need to be pre-established, organized and confirmed between Booking for Students and tenant(s).

*Tenants landingaround or close to 8:00PM during the week, are recommended to find alternate accommodations for that evening. By the time a tenant has collected their luggage, passed through immigration, and commuted from the airport to their reserved booking, approximately 23 hours will have passed and checking-in will no longer be possible. The tenant will be able to check-in the next day within the pre-established time frame.

*Tenants who have purchased the off hours check-in service, arriving within the weekend or during a holiday around or close to 7:00PM, will need to find alternate accommodations until the next day (after 10:00AM) in order to check in at the established time.

*Tenants who have purchased the airport shuttle service, arriving during the weekend or holiday around or close to 9:00PM will need to inform Booking for Students , 7 days before their arrival, of their alternate accommodation in order to properly organize their drop-off point.

*Airport shuttle service prices are per person and per trip. You must inform Booking for Students  7 days before your arrival where you would like your drop-off point to be:

  • Option 1: airport –> alternate accommodation  or
  • Option 2: alternate accommodation –> Booking for Students booked residence.
